1. About these terms

These terms cover this website and the sale of early access to the SteadyLatch Automation Reliability Kit (the "kit"). The provider is Andrew Rodrigo Fernandez, operating as SteadyLatch; contact details are in the legal notice.

2. Current status

The kit is in development and is not on sale yet. Early access opens when v0.1 is ready, planned by 25 October 2026. The terms in sections 3 to 9 apply to purchases from that date.

3. Early access offer

Pro license, €119, VAT included. You download v0.1 at purchase. v1 follows as a free update by 22 November 2026.

Available at purchase (v0.1): regression runner with golden files, numeric tolerances and Markdown/JSON reports · data contracts for CSV, JSON and .xlsx values · API client with timeouts, bounded retries and structured logs · local Excel runner (Windows, Excel desktop) · VBA export to text with environment manifest · synthetic demo workbook with four scenarios.

Coming in v1 (by 22 November 2026, free update): VBA import and release packaging · tested recovery procedure · VBA error-handling and batch modules · GitHub workflow template · Claude Code operating guide.

Not included: running VBA in hosted CI · Excel for Mac or Excel for the web · adapting the kit to your workbook.

Early-access terms apply until v1 ships. Other license types (Solo and Consultant) open with v1.

4. License

The Pro license lets one developer use the kit for their own professional or internal work. You may not resell, redistribute or share the kit or its files, in whole or in part, as a product. The kit remains the property of its author; you receive a license to use it, not ownership. Updates within version 1.x are included.

5. Payment

Checkout is handled by Polar, which acts as merchant of record: Polar sells the license to you, collects payment and applicable taxes, and issues the receipt. Polar's checkout terms apply to the payment itself.

6. Refunds

You can get a full refund on request until 14 days after v1 is delivered. If v1 is not delivered by 22 November 2026, every early-access purchase is refunded in full automatically, without a request.

To ask for a refund, email the address in the legal notice with your order reference. Refunds are paid through Polar to the original payment method. This refund policy applies in addition to, and regardless of, any statutory rights you have.

7. Support

Support is by email and covers installation questions and reproducible defects in the kit. Adapting the kit to a specific workbook, data source or environment is a separate service.

8. Requirements and responsible use

The kit needs Windows 10/11, PowerShell 7.4+ and, to run macros or export VBA, Excel desktop for Windows. Only the Excel versions listed as tested in the release notes are supported. Run the kit on copies of your workbooks, and only with data and systems you are authorized to use.

9. Warranty and liability

If you are a consumer, your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content, are not affected by these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

10. Custom automation service

The custom Excel report automation service is ordered and delivered through Fiverr, under Fiverr's terms and the scope agreed in each order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria and by applicable European Union law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

12. Changes

These terms may be updated. The version in force when you buy applies to that purchase.
